01 / About RealTimes

Guests in conversation on the amphitheatre steps at a RealTimes evening in Warsaw

RealTimes is an independent real estate media and events platform connecting the people shaping the market.

We report on the projects, the capital and the decisions that change how cities are used, and we put the people behind those decisions in the same room. Coverage and convening are one business, not two.

Independence is the point. We are not owned by an agency, a developer or a fund, so the coverage answers to readers rather than to a balance sheet, and the rooms we build stay honest for the same reason.

We look at where the market is moving, who is driving that change and which conversations are worth continuing.

Media shapes the conversation. Events move it forward.

Media

We cover what gets built.

Reporting, interviews and market intelligence on European commercial real estate. We follow the assets, the money behind them and the people who sign, and we publish what we can stand behind.

No press release rewrites, no sponsored opinion dressed as analysis. If a story needs a second source before it runs, it waits.

Experiences

We build what gets covered.

Evenings, summits and closed rooms built for the people who actually transact. Small enough that the conversation is real, senior enough that it is worth having.

Every guest list is curated by hand. What is said in the room shapes what we publish next, and what we publish decides who we invite.

International presence

Where the market moves, RealTimes follows.

Our base is Warsaw. The work is not. We report and convene wherever the European market is being priced and argued over, and we go back to the cities where the conversation keeps going.

The people behind RealTimes

Alexander Morari, MRICS

Founder & Executive Chairman

Alexander founded RealTimes to close the gap between what the market reports and what the market actually decides. He is a chartered surveyor, MRICS, and has moderated commercial real estate panels across Europe and the Gulf.

He sets the editorial standard and the commercial direction, and he keeps both on the same side of the table.

Dominica Maciocha

Managing Director, RealTimes

Dominica leads the European team. She owns the partnerships, the venues and the guest lists, which means she decides in practice who ends up in the room and what the room is for.

She works with sponsors, media partners and speakers across the continent, and she is the first point of contact for anyone who wants to work with RealTimes.
